How do I return items that I purchased from the Beretta e-Store?

Items purchased from a Beretta dealer or Beretta Gallery should be returned to the place of purchase for refund or exchange. For items purchased directly from Beretta by consumers, please start here to start the returns process and generate a Prepaid UPS Return Label. You may return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from the time that you ship your return until you see a credit on your credit card statement.  Returns do not require a pre-authorization or RMA number. Items purchased from the Beretta e-Store may be returned in accordance with the guarantee and returns policies specified below. Please note that Beretta does not accept returns on repair parts and does not normally process exchanges.  Items requiring exchange will be processed as a return with the customer receiving a credit to their credit card and an e-mail notification sent to the customer advising them that the return/credit has been processed.
