I have a Px4 Compact and am having issues with it stove-piping and not feeding.

PX4 Issues

Some early production Px4 Storm Compact pistols (manufactured in 2011) experienced issues with feeding and cycling low pressure ammunition. This situation normally corrected itself after the pistol was broken in through firing approximately 200 rounds through it. To remedy this situation, use the following steps:
Ensure that you are using commercial, high-quality ammunition that is compliant with SAAMI specifications.  Low pressure and inferior ammunition will create cycling issues in any semi-automatic pistol.
Fire a minimum of 200 rounds through your pistol, clean and lubricate it as specified in your owners manual and then fire it to see if the problem still exists.
If the problem remains, please contact Beretta Customer Support for assistance.
