      I need to return my firearm for repair, and I want to know if it's under warranty?

      We’re sorry to hear of the difficulty you’re are having with your firearm. Until the firearm is received and inspected by our gunsmiths, we cannot state if the service requested would be covered under warranty. If an item or service falls outside of the limited warranty, then a quotation will be prepared for your approval.  For directions on shipping your firearm, please click here.  Additionally, please review our policies regarding shipping charges.

      In the event of a price quote, a representative will contact you for approval and payment. You may also decline our services.

      Please note: As stated in the warranty card you received with your firearm, each Beretta firearm is supplied with a 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY to the original owner. However, if you return the "1+2" warranty form supplied with your firearm to us, or register your purchase with us online, you will automatically receive an additional two years of warranty coverage, for a total of three years.       Sako and Tikka rifles carry a standard two year warranty, and carry no extension.

      • Rather than send the warranty card in for the registration of the firearm, it is recommended that you register your firearm on www.berettasupport.com, you may also click here.
      • Online registration requires no document uploads, receipts, or postage payments, and the registration is completed instantly.
      • Online registration carries all the benefits of a mail-in registration, with none of the drawbacks.

      If you still wish to send the warranty registration in by mail, please ensure that the warranty card is completely filled out. Please do not omit the serial number, or any personal information. If one or more of these details are missing, the warranty registration may not be completed.

      Please include a dated photocopy of the sales receipt. The date on the receipt is the date entered when the registration is completed.
