I ordered a Beretta product from my dealer. The dealer stated that the product is on backorder. Can Beretta tell me when my dealer will receive my order?

Your best course of action is to have your dealer check with Beretta.  We order products from our suppliers and have established due-in dates.  In some cases, if a product is in short supply, we allocate product to orders and are unable to fill all open orders.  Additionally, the supply environment is relatively dynamic based upon potential product returns, delivery timeliness of suppliers and other factors.  For these reasons, it can be difficult for Beretta to provide you with a date when your order will be shipped to your dealer.
