I received my firearm back from Beretta after servicing and do not know what they did to my gun? How can I find out?

Each firearm shipped out by Beretta USA at the Accokeek Service Facility contains a Packing Slip.  If you shipped your firearm directly to Accokeek, the exterior of your box contains the Packing Slip folded up with your name and address on it.  If you remove the Packing Slip and unfold it, you will find a detailed description of your firearm as well as labor, parts and technical notes from the gunsmith that worked on your fiream, as indicated in the sample below.  If you shipped your firearm to us through your dealer and did not receive the packing list, please ask your dealer to provide it to you.
