My password no longer works, what can I do?

You may have two different user id's and passwords associated with Beretta - Ask Us A Question and the Beretta e-Store.

If you are attempting to access this application - "Ask Us A Question," you will log-in through
here.  If you do not have an account, you can create one.  If you have forgotten your password, you can input your user id and have your password e-mailed to you.  Please bear in mind that when you establish your account, we must have a valid e-mail address so that we can communicate with you.  If you are certain that you have an account and still cannot access it, you will need to contact 1-800-BERETTA and choose Option 4 and then Option 2 followed by Option 2 again.  At that point, you can use Beretta's Interactive Voice System to generate a support ticket to have your password sent to you.

If you have an account in the
Beretta e-Store, you will need to use the user id and password that you established with your account in the e-Store. If you have forgotten your password, you can have it e-mailed to you if you know your user id.  If you are uncertain of your user id or you receive a message when you attempt to log in that your password is no longer active, you will need to contact 1-800-BERETTA ext. 1248 and have your account reset.

Most customers prefer to use their e-mail address as their user id for both applications and use a common password.  As with any on-line application, always be certain to maintain your user id and password in a secure location.
